Hello! I am Niall Crabtree (aka Nossda if you came from Reddit) and I am the owner of the site. Currently, I am attempting to keep the site advertisement free (because they are the worst) by asking for donations to keep the site running. Don't worry! The site isn't closing down anytime soon, but I am spending my own money to keep it on the internet, which is not sustainable long term. 
Donating will not only allow me to keep the site running, but it will also warrant me spending more time on the site. Right now updates are infrequent and very inconsistent, this is because I don't have the time to do the research as well as the updates required to make the user experience better (for example the mobile version of the site is lack luster at best in it's current state). However, if enough people donated for me to also take a cut of the money, I could quit my part time job and schedule updates to me most consistent (hopefully daily).
I'm going to be honest, I don't particularly like asking for handouts for a service that I created because I've wanted something like it to exist for a long time and couldn't understand why databases like imdB hadn't offered it sooner. But, I think it is the lesser of two evils and would greatly appreciate it if you supported the site!
